Book-cloth takes a crease at the hinge and holds it for decades, which is most of why it outlasts almost every other cover material we work with. This one comes in iris, a violet that sits closer to dusk than to spring. Available from A5 down to the pocket B6, dot grid or unruled, finished with an elastic closure and a pen holder on every size.

Care
Handloom and cotton covers are textile — keep them out of prolonged direct sun and away from water. Cork and kraft wipe clean with a dry cloth. The spine will soften with use; that is the book settling, not wearing out.
