Vaanam is sky. The yarn is tied and dyed before a single thread reaches the loom, so the white arrowheads arrive already softened at every edge — the weaver cannot make them land exactly, and that imprecision is the point. Each cover is cut from a different stretch of the same bolt, so no two sit identically. A6, hard-bound over 2.5mm board with a black elastic closure; 144 ruled pages of 100 GSM paper, sewn so it opens flat.

Customised and foil-stamped orders are made to your specification and can’t be returned, so we send a proof for approval before we bind.
Care
Handloom and cotton covers are textile — keep them out of prolonged direct sun and away from water. Cork and kraft wipe clean with a dry cloth. The spine will soften with use; that is the book settling, not wearing out.
