Colour board is dyed straight through the pulp, not just printed on the surface, which is why a knocked corner on this one still shows sky blue underneath rather than white board. The A5 comes stab-sewn in the Japanese style with dot grid pages; the smaller Travel and Mini sizes are plain centre-stitched, built for a coat pocket rather than a desk. No two sizes share a binding, but all three share the same honest, all-the-way-through colour.

Customised and foil-stamped orders are made to your specification and can’t be returned, so we send a proof for approval before we bind.
Care
Handloom and cotton covers are textile — keep them out of prolonged direct sun and away from water. Cork and kraft wipe clean with a dry cloth. The spine will soften with use; that is the book settling, not wearing out.
